Pryzm Optics respects your privacy. We only collect what we need to run the store and deliver your order.

Virtual Try‑On

• The try‑on feature uses your device camera to place frames on your face.
• Video is processed in your browser for the effect. We do not need to store your camera feed.
• If we add analytics or logging, it will be limited to performance/diagnostics and never your raw video.

Order Information

• We collect contact/shipping details to fulfill orders.
• Prescription information (if provided) is used only to manufacture your lenses.
• Payment is handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card details.

HIPAA

Pryzm Optics is not a “covered entity” under HIPAA. That said, we treat prescription and order details as sensitive and limit access to what’s required to make and ship your eyewear.
